1. Order Processing
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Because we operate using a dropshipping model, processing times may vary slightly depending on supplier inventory and availability.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if available) will be sent.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Monarch Mens is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

2. Shipping Locations
United States
Monarch Mens currently ships to all U.S. states and territories. Most orders ship from our global dropshipping suppliers (including U.S. and international warehouses).

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the product and the supplier’s location.
Typical estimated delivery timeframes:

Remote or rural locations: May require additional time
Please note: These are estimated time ranges, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carriers may experience delays due to weather, customs, high-volume seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the supplier, shipping destination, and product weight or size.
In some cases, promotional free shipping may be offered.

5. Tracking Your Order
Most orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order ships.

Tracking Updates
Tracking details may take 2–5 days to update after shipment, especially for international supplier shipments.
If your tracking has not updated within 7 days, please contact us and we will assist.

6. Split Shipments
Because orders may ship from multiple suppliers or warehouses, you may receive your order in separate packages.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, Monarch Mens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier or your local post office. We will assist when possible, but replacement or refund eligibility depends on the supplier’s policies.

Delayed Packages
Shipping delays due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or other external factors are outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for delays beyond normal estimated timeframes unless the product has not arrived within 45 days of shipment.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, orders are already being processed by our suppliers and cannot be modified.

9. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

We will work with our suppliers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
